I have several projects I can't wait to do in the house...I also love interior design so it will be alot of fun for me.My husband and I planned to start investing in RE when our home is paid off in 4 years, but I couldn't wait any longer!

The title company will confirm that the loan is current and will tell the lender to give them a call when the judgment creditor tries to levy on the property, until then the lender does not have a loss so the title company doesn't have to do anything.

Put them and the HOA Attorney on notice not to perorm any work on your unit unless it is requested in writing and confirmation is given in writing.

She also told me that the income from my duplex would not be counted until I had seasoned (owned) it for 2 years.I believe this is because it is owner occupied, but confirmation from one more experienced is definitely welcome.
