hello everyone I'm in Virginia in the Hampton roads area I have been listening to bigger pockets podcast and reading and now trying to get some skin in the game wholesaling and trying to find house flippers in my area

Current Income is 12k/mo.I realize its just a shot in the dark here, but anyone have any ideas on how to borrow enough to cover the property in Branson Mo and keep the house in the short term?
