Quartz at $40sqft would mostly be solid colors. 

Like exterior color restrictions, landscaping standards, noise and work times, etc. 

I once called a Popeye's Chicken and asked the employee to walk down the road to knock on a seller's door because the seller had went dark on me.

Personally, I only invest passively (color me lazy!)

Alaska - especially our rural areas - is not for the average person - dark winters - etc.

Paint the front door a nice color and put some curb appeal out front.

Please help us choose which color in terms of look and value add.

We added extensive espresso color wood fencing that was very inexpensive to do and and added lots of curb appeal.
