So far, so good.I then received a series of frantic emails from both tenants (they are a couple) claiming amongst other things that the painter had moved all of their bedroom furniture, leaving everything for them to put back, and that the painter had interfered with personal items.

Yes, i'll pay for the attorney but i am done with these manipulating, un-grateful tenants.My insurance deductible is $2500 and the damage is not that great to warrant filing a claim...and tenant insurance doesn't pay for structural damage (they don't even have insurance)...

I contacted their customer service and they informed me that any search results over 500 wouldn't be able to be downloaded and that I needed to narrow my focus.

I am totally ignorant, in many ways actually, but specifically regarding how much it will cost to develop my idea into a working business.I want to eventually build 3-story apartment buildings for a new complex in an area that is not only nearly saturated in terms of occupancy, but in which I know, without any question, property management companies are creating my customer base daily.

He accussed me of cheating taxes, having bad tenants in there, and running the place down....He has my contact information and was very happy to see all the work i did when i purchased the property.he is mad now1- i protested and thinks i ruined values2- claims the tenants were drug addicts (first i have heard of this)Home was left in perfect shape, tenants paid on time i drove by 3-4 times a year and never saw anything out of the ordinary.Today he further went on to going over to someone i had sent by that was possibly interested in buying.
