I had been the lender on many deals with the same title company and realtor so it was really cool to all be working on one together for myself. 

It's cool to see how many different types of property you invest in!

. $4000 couches and $3000 dining tables are wonderful, but waaaaay out of the range of where could afford.We bought beachy and woodsy things along with some cool pics turned into large art.

I assumed my property manager replaced it with a similar AC/heat unit but it was only AC because they couldn't wait to replace the tenants cooling system.
