Believe it or not, I've had applicants who didn't have internet access or even an email account. 

All of my best deals have all been introduced to me by agents/brokers and the occasional wholesaler.Also, I constantly monitor the MLS and setup alerts in different areas I am farming and make aggressive offers quickly and methodically.

Having your RE License has a few benefits, like access to MLS.

This cycle has to be broken in early stages of tenancy or it will be a constant headache. 

I can't access the software because I don't have a password.

I have a good deal of experience with renovations, loans, use of hard money, access to MLS, knowledge of my local market, etcThat being said, I am excited to begin investing in RE but here are my challenges.. 1) I am a HUGE believer in 15 year mortgages.

Would I still be able to get access to the MLS or access to properties posted on the MLS if I obtained my license but didn't work for a broker?

It has close access to highway exits, schools and many doctors .
