Haven't got prodio so this comment is pure computer science.We normally create an object (aka contact/client/customer/user, call it whatever you please),and then assert (define) each object HAS A attribute, like first_name, last_name, phone, address, ....There's lots of places a contact can be used and it's a nightmare to have this data segregated into different places according to use (say buyer vs seller). 

It can handle only 1000 queries per hour.You can save all imported lists in your database or on your computer.

The equity comps also show highly inflated adjustments, but then to that he said "there is nothing on the computer I can edit for equity".

Would recommend looking into using a cloud based storage folder simply because you can access these documents from any location, won't loose them if your computer goes down & if your CPA is tech savy you could invite them to the folder where they could access the files in that folder. 

We use Carbonite to back up our computers at intervals.
