I understand why the bank would want to do this, but I don't want to spend all this time getting authorizations and talking to the bank and seller only to find out that the bank requires the seller to list it and then someone else can swoop in and steal my deal.

Each said they were authorized to let me do this this time but that their policy is to not allow investors to buy then resell a property in the park.

The other point I would mention is that they will automatically lose their Section 8 voucher if formally evicted, and let them know you have every intention of letting the local Housing Authority know that they were.
