If you let this Tenant that you complain so much about stay on a Month-to-Month Lease after her existing Lease expires, I may well go down there myself just to kick your  butt !  

Then they complain that our process takes too long!

Bottom line that's a fact downtown, outside of downtown might not check as much, hotels in the city will rate you out and complain even if you are innocent....

City complains and now you move back into the main house, and you have to carry your things across the yard.

The problem is when interest rates are low everyone complains how there are 17+ offers on deals and they're going 20% over asking.Pick your poison.

@Allan Smith I'm one of those that complained...they did an update I can't remember when now, but it was awful IMO.

I did not have it replaced nor reviewed for the following reasons: they said it still worked; they didn't complain about it all during the month of September; I have been in the vacant unit across from them showing to prospective contractors various times of day and the unit has not been hot/uncomfortable; I am monitoring their windows DAILY, they are NEVER up or open to indicate they are hot or very uncomfortable. 

if there is no issues with flushing TP only and no one is complaining, then why go to the expense?

Tenant gets behind on rent, I notify the cosigner, and the cosigner starts complaining that it's not their problem.
