I hired them to renovate my multi fam full reno. have ye to start the work but i'm impressed with their communication and professionalism. 

I did not communicate enough about the small things because I was too worried about the contractor thinking I was a pain, but in the end, resulted in me having to ask them to go back to the property to address them in three waves.I shouldn’t let the small things worry me so much.

Best or luck, sounds like you got things working well for the most part and I'm sure will get steady 5-stars soon with a little modification to your processes or communications.

They understand what they like and don't like, get to hear the real estate lingo, get to see the systems we have in place, how we communicate, etc.

Although I do communicate daily with them on issues for my clients.

As long as the condo association has a decent reserve, is well run, and communicates well, there shouldn't be too many surprises.

Also, being able to communicate in person is better for meetings and building friendlier work relationships.
