I wonder how they chose properties.

My goal is to become an investor of multifamily properties.

Many property owners in this financial situation do not know who to trust since they're being told different things by attorneys, the bank, investors, and Realtors.

I have heard so many things... 1 property per LLC or 10 properties per LLC etc... one LLC per state...Looking for advice from investors already using LLCs for rental properties.

I already have a renter for the investment property home and once ADU complete will rent that ADU.  

I got a property with a partner.

Now, I own several rental properties in a C+ neighborhood.

The seller agreed to my offer and now I took the property over Subto.

The entire town is in a property owner association(basically and HOA).
