Hello BP fam:I am in the Providence RI market with one deal under my belt.

I have someone who I want to pitch to be a private investor and fund a flip from start to finish.Wondering if anyone has experience doing this and would like to offer some advice.Also looking for any recommendations as far as how to ideally structure the funding for the deal.Thank you Minority member llc and also use those old deals (current deals) with the returns to pitch them on the next deal(s)! 

I'm now looking to get back into the market and try something new.

She requested I end the lease early, but I told her we can start showing the house and if it rents I can terminate the lease when new tenant moves in.

I am from PA and the next deal and several after that will be in Effort, Pa and Pike County, PA which is 1 hour or so from me and where my family is from.
