How clean is the place.

I immediately got it rented for $1200/month with only doing a deep cleaning.

This is typical as you clean up the mess the sellers left.

So when I actually closed on the house I had already cleaned it out, the painting was almost complete, the heating system was thawed out, repaired and working, and the agreement was written up and presented to the neighbor.  

I have meticulously designed, built, decorated, furnished, cleaned, stocked with hotel-like essentials, cleaned again, and published my property as a vacation rental on AirBnB.

I was also only there for 6 months.When I finally got the deposit that, an extra $40 was taken out for "cleaning" making the total for "cleaning costs" $125.

Day 3 I hired 4 guys from Home Depot parking lot to help clean up the back yard.

They’re using her money to clean and try to get the place rented again by the 1st.

So I'm finding several properties on my local MLS where it looks like a rehabber has purchased a property, did the demo work, cleaned it up, put on new siding, exterior windows, sometimes a new roof, framed out the structure, and now are advertising it for sale at this point.
