It has always been seamless, especially when using their mobile banking app and the online account access.  

Also I highly recommend the app clubhouse and check out all the real estate groups and get up on stage and introduce yourself and ask questions.

I'm going to run a cost segregation and accelerate the deprecation to try and save even more on taxes.I'm now having tenants apply and submit apps.

I don't have experience with any specific vendors but a few apps/websites have popped up where folks can 'rent' out parts of their home, garage, etc. for others to store stuff in locally.
