The Bay Area core just doesn't have the stomach to go high density, so RE price has no way to go but up.5% annual appreciation for the next 20 years is very likely IMO.Interestingly enough, I wonder what will self-driving cars do to local RE.

I can remember every car I bought and just about every girl I've dated but every house I've owned at some point?  

I intend to owner occupy this 4-flat and want to reduce the hassle of brushing snow off my car every day in the winter. 

It's kind of like asking your friend to give you a ride to a party and when you get there you give him some money for gas and tell him to walk home,  and you keep his car. 

Our home has both a 3 car parking pad AND a completely separate oversized 2 car garage (~600 square feet).

If truck drivers are getting mugged and robbed for the cargo they are transporting, does the driverless truck/car manufacturers have a way to address cargo security issues?
