Simply use your template, draw a circle or square around the original hole, then use the same template on your drywall (if you want 1" difference go ahead and draw that out from the original markings) then tape, mud and finish.Note: the same technique can be used for vinyl on floors, carpet, etc.

It was difficult getting their repair crew out because of the all of the claims this weather event created but yesterday they came out and removed all the carpet, some walls, and put in dehumidifiers to dry everything.Here's how I understand the insurance will work.

Honestly I already have lined up a realtor to rent it for me, and also a crew to go in and redo the kitchen.In my lease expiration notice I mentioned he does NOT need to pay last month's rent, and I still have his security deposit and would send it to his new address after deducting damages if any, and scheduled a walk through inspection on the last day 6pm and that I expect the place to be cleaned, free of debris and trash and personal possession blah blah blah.Then suddenly this month I got a check on the 10th, when I didn't expect it, with late fee already included.

In total we spend about 7,000 per floor on furniture -- that included 4 beds frames, mattresses, desks, dressers, chairs, floor mats, 2 couches, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center.Here's what we found:Pros:* Shows great because everything looks new, so I can command top rent for my area* Furniture is cheap so if it gets broken, it's easy to take out of the security deposit* Couches are easy to clean* Nixs and dings are easy to cover up with a markerCons:* Takes a long time to assemble all the furniture.
