Cash for keys is just the cost of doing business in todays real estate market.

They are saying these are now business/commercial properties so they need to be insured as such . 

Its business.

Unnecessary costs for a cash-out or HELOC doesn't make sense unless you plan to live in the house for a few years.  

You might also meet someone that could be a potential business partner.

Call the business phone number and ask to speak with the person rather than calling the number the applicant listed.- Minimum credit score of 650.- Rental History: screen for tenants who have a track record of owning or leasing property.

Also we are open to something that needs minor renovations if it makes sense.
