I would obtain a quality, competent buyer's agent from a different brokerage and offer what works for me.

So to sell real estate you have to start as a broker (agent in most states) and work under a managing broker (brokers in other states) for at least 2 years before you could qualify to be a managing broker.  

My wife is a broker/agent and during that period all large percentage her marketing and work was from short sales.

Hi Chad, I guess I am an online broker since I do not have an office (kind of sounds like a mail order bride) ; / Many new brokerages are going without an office these days as its deemed as an unnecessary expense.I sponsor agents that would like to brand their own company.

Do you guys screen via special private brokerage databases and what do those services cost you out of pocket?
