I have no insight on the topic but want to follow and see what others say. 

I think the saying is something like "Wisdom is being able to follow your own advice." 

I am just trying to feel out how the process works and I came across the following situation and as the old saying goes (if its too good to be true...) this looks too good/easy.

I see all that’s going on with their downtown and the money being poured into it, to me being in construction I know to follow construction,they have professionals with a lot of plans for the future.

Follow up question here - how were they legally allowed to pay me out a portion of the acquisition fee?

That's stepping into the deep end of the pool without floaties if you ask me (I know...you didn't).I'd follow Wayne's guidance and if they are the one's filling it out and have that level of disconnect at this stage of the process, I'd get another title company.On another note, if your offer is $450M and the BPO is $650M and the total debt is $850M, I think your going get to a point real quick like where this deal will fall apart.
