Trying to stay local but may have to consider out-of-state which I want to avoid if possible when starting out.

I worked with a CPA out of state a couple of times and it just felt like I was filling in the blanks - no different than using Turbo Tax - no advice given. 

@Nadir M. many PMCs post samples of the management contracts on their websites.So, you can download a bunch, sort through them and then cut & paste what works for you.You will still NEED to have an experienced real estate attorney review for final approval to make sure its compliant with state and local statutes.

Hi BP community,I recently had my mind set on investing in Fort Wayne, Indiana from out of state.

A husband/wife LLC may only be considered a single member disregarded LLC in a community property state. 

Location of the unit is right up against that Lake Pueblo State park too.
