I gotta say I was drawn to Cozy over the smooth interface, application options, and some of the built-in features (E Rent Payment is very clunky) but am not sure I will stick with it long term due to the payment issue.  

Any guest intending to stay for more than two weeks must submit an application for approval by landlord.  

They make their money by doing background checks if you use their application. 

Can he can get a co-signer or joint applicant on the HELOC or cash-out refi?

We already got declined our application from two of the local banks, including HSBC.

It has the new start date, increase in rent price (if applicable) and a statement that everything else is unaltered.
