I don't know that we have many here who know the legalities of how to run one, particularly in Cali, but we can drum up an endless supply of complaints about how they are run......but they're mostly just moaning, groaning and complaining....so just ignore 'em.Are you encouraged YET?

Those are harder to find these days versus 3 to 5 years ago due to supply and demand. 3 to 5 years ago there was inventory but not many players.
