I have equity in my primary residence and have been studying up on biggerpockets.I am working on 2 BRRRRs at the moment.I know everyone approaches this differently.... but how would YOU achieve financial freedom if you were to start over again with a 250k loan?

After four years in multi-family investing with great success, I am now fully focused in real estate as a multi-family investment consultant with Buckingham Investments in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.    

It simply didn’t make sense for me to invest locally.Still there are a lot of successful investors in your area.

I have been analyzing mostly 3/2 single family homes in the Phoenix metro areas.I'm not worried about finding a deal, I am just worried about not being able to pull out my money and keep cashflowing.Has anyone successfully done a BRRRR recently in the Phoenix area?

Hi BP and Miami BP,I’ve really got to rep Miami because I don’t feel that we here in South Florida put our successes out as much as we should.

My goal is to achieve financial freedom by 35 and I am well on my way to doing so.

What I am trying to achieve from this forum:1) Surround myself with more like minded people in and around the Charlotte area.2) Meet people that have experience in the Charlotte market and have been successful. 3) Find private investors that want to pull money together and do deals with.4) Learn as much as I can.

If I need to change my mindset to become a successful and wealthy investor, please do your best to help me understand the role of investor who doesn't even touch their properties and still makes a decent profit.

It's a great deal guys, but I have had a lot of success following my gut in this industry.
