You have to date slowly and get to know them better before you get married (becoming partners, I mean).Certainly, if you want to achieve heights in the real estate business, you need to eventually partner up and get over your fears.

Before you throw $500 at the idea make sure you have the data. 

That means, if you have $32,000 to invest then you want to make a profit of $32,000 in 1 to 2 years, or 50% to 100% ROI in 1 to 2 years.This is very achievable if you keep your money in your pocket and work harder to find a property with a good discount.
