Saw my first TV commercial from a law firm last night advertising homeowner rip offs with rent-to-own or seller financing.

I really did not have to advertise for the Atlanta properties. 

once their in can they use anything against me for not being compliant even though i have not advertised ADA in any way?

This property was a foreclosure (obviously) advertised on the MLS for 122K.

(I certainly like that option).lol   Also...I am paying $400 a year on this abandoned and boarded-up house....in an area with minimal traffic and hardly any neighbors....should I save my money and drop this policy?

If I were you, I'd focus on truth in advertising - if you say it's a 3-bedroom, you better have 3 rooms that the viewers will think are actual bedrooms.

Possibly advertise on craigs as a job with the perk of living rent-free? 

A couple of traveling nurses contacted me, looking for a three month lease on a vacant unit I have advertised. 

So, my question to Nick, having been in this arena recently, why aren't these gurus nailed for their advertising ploys of misinformation like the other instructor advocating illegal conduct?
