There is a lot of revitalization going strong in areas, while the city continues to expand outward!

It’s critical to have associates with first-hand knowledge of each city’s commercial real estate market and its offerings.

Spend some time on google I’ve never checked Chicago but most cities have rules against short term term renting or what has become known as “AirBnBing” Especially apartment/condo STR.

I'm planning on attending the York meetup and attended one in Harrisburg a few weeks back.

Coming down to Alabama in June in search of realtors in Birmingham and other Alabama cities to talk about places to buy homes, all-in prices and how to set up an operation for finding owner-financed buyers. 

But if I could write off my travelling as business expenses while visiting family in the States, I'd be interested in the Boise to Twin Falls area in Idaho, Pittsburgh and the southern cities in Pennsylvania, and Springfield and the northern cities of Illinois. 

The city could come in anytime and tell you that you need fire blocking between units per code.
