I would like to know if your 3 day class was worth the money to attend?  

To your point, we are trying to target national retailers/fast food chains to make it worth our time.

By way of example, this could have been a civil engineering error, a disclosure issue on the part of the seller, an error by the title company for failing to record the legal description correctly etc.

The few others you are basically paying for it anyway and really not worth it in my opininion.  

Existing hard money lender can and will call the note if you record a deed selling to a LLC even if it is your LLC.

Buying a place if you are only going to live there for 2-4 years may not be worth it as most of your payments go to interest. 

The more you work with someone and build a track record, the more trust you will establish.

Maintain a stable employment record and organize essential financial documents.
