If you want a more "professional" look, sand it down and you wont even know where the hole/ imperfection was before.

If you don't know construction hire some professionals.

I will easily put in 15-20 hour days here getting properties tenant ready asap and will drop and sleep just about anywhere in my house or the property I'm working in then get up the next day and keep going.

However nothing is like talking to experienced professionals.

I think this gives them good guidelines on what other professionals will be looking for including background, education, professional affiliations, and testimonials.

It would be better to have a consultation with a mortgage professional who has access to these programs than for some to try explaining all of the guidelines and terms
