You can "assume" a note as well, but this is suited for brokers.You are not going to get an education in notes with a program offered by a broker, what you get is a marketing program education, something designed to allow you to understand enough to participate in transactions, usually they will mostly lean toward the offerings of that brokerage.Years ago I attended a paper seminar and played dumb, the guy was going to "teach" the paper game.

If I am not mistaken, anybody involved in the transaction has at least some liability which is why I know there are several brokerages that don't allow their agents to participate in some creative type transactions that they do not have state approved realtor contracts for.

Tidbits of what we know: It sounds like 3 program participants would stay here (potentially alone without supervision, Worth mentioning I don't know the participants yet as they have not yet been selected).The participants have a highly structured day where they would leave early in the mornings.
