I highly encourage you make the trip.

I find it may be some ego trip that is half-truth, but it might help some folks.I could care less if they have bad writing skills.

This will be my first trip to Austin and Austin has been on my list to research for investing in multifamily properties. 

But we plan on making it a successful trip.
