People were worried about investing in 2005 because the prices were too high, people were worried about investing in 2008 bc the market was crashing, people were worried about investing in 2014 because the market was heating up too much, people are worried about investing now bc of rent moratoriums and covid restrictions, people will worry about investing in 2022 for some other reason, just don't know what that is yet. 

Below is information on current rental costs of 2 BR 1.5 bath rentals in East Bumm - in less desirable locations, with no garage:Junipers,: $2020-2090 (heat included)Evergreen, also off Route 123: $1705 (heat included)Lobster Landing: $1825 (no utilities)The Zillow rental estimate for 123 Main St is $2400, with a range of $1704-2688.I am not certain whether, or when I will return to living in 123 Main St.

I've been research and strongly considering investing in a STR in a major market with significant tourist attraction like Miami/South Beach. 

I’m currently looking at two parcels of land in Miami Beach that are very unique.

I can possibly consider a long distance one in cities that we travel to often like New York city, Austin, Dallas and Miami to start writing those trips off.

The stairs are tough on them but they usually like it cool in winter which saves on heat and the complaining

I'm born and raised in Chicago but moved to NYC and now Miami. 

I don't care how good the returns are, if I have to pack heat to do maintenance calls, I'm not buying it.
