Have an idea of what level of finishes you'd like, what your break even point would be for monthly income, and reverse engineer the numbers to see if the location you are looking into is viable.

The takeaway from a practical stand point is that because the Financial Engineers at the Fed will probably keep the easy money coming which is great for folks like us who own assets it is terrible for society at large, the wealth gap, social unrest etc.

Well i called the city and recorded the lead engineer for the project and he looked back on the records and saw that county staff did talk to the owner before i bought the house.
