If your income can handle the cash flow, the interest rate on that car loan is so low that you can probably invest that money and earn more than the interest you are paying.

You need an agent, one on salary you'll pay the listing agent's commission (selling) and then allocate the salary and any bonus as the buyer's agent's earnings, the do not have to be the same.

Goes back to how inaccurate are those statistics when people can't correctly identify a dog.I like Shaun's comment about requiring paperwork showing the dog has done obedience training and/or successfully earned the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title from AKC (which isn't difficult at all, even the advanced CGC title).

This reply isn't meant AT ALL to be political (I'm a big fan of capitalism, probably fall closer to the "rich" side than the "poor" side and don't begrudge anyone earning and keeping anything), so don't take it that way and let's try not to slip down a political rathole...With that said, I think the statistic presented is completely meaningless...This is one of those situations where talking about "averages" is very misleading.
