Not only will it have a negative effect on landlords, I would imagine some owners of single family homes will choose to sell to an owner-buyer, thus reducing the number of rental properties on the market, making it more difficult for renters to find places to rent.

As a concerned neighbor we are desperate to find a more qualified owner to improve the living conditions for these residents and avert any pending disaster.

Yes they are turnkey and sell in multiple cities across the US.I live in New York and it’s just too expensive here to ever see any positive cash flow so I’m looking to buy out of state.
