Not a big fan of the fish-bowl lenses, but understand can be helpful in giving perspective- as long as you're not leading with those pics, I think should be fine.

Also, should I be creating my domains now before I start wholesaling or can I just make a Facebook fan page etc in the beginning and get my domains while I'm making LLC?

Kevin, I'm not a big fan of duplexes in low income neighborhoods, I own a couple and a good tenant in this price point will just go to a single family home.

Definitely suggest Multi- especially for CT... rentals on singles in CT are really tough to make the numbers work pretty often due to the high taxes but you can find some killer deals in CT on the MLS for multis as investors often aren't a fan of CT due to the high taxes compared to neighboring states.

@Derek Kirkwood As for improvements, I just need to get a new washer/dryer, update the driveway, and put a fan on each stove(maybe not needed, but its important to me), so in total less than $2000.
