I use Kindle on my phone, which can sync books with cell phone coverage regardless of wi-fi availability. 

Answer your phone, answer your emails, ect for rental apps right away.

I have a number set up through phone.com that I have programmed to make my cell phone ring during certain hours.  

Tenants that provide false information on the app will automatically be declined, and the application states that fact.

I know people want to jump in and make money, that gurus have spoiled the brain cells dealing in common sense and logic playing on desperation and just blowing smoke, but really, you can try to figure these matters out for a year and still not know what you need to know, as simple, basic issues have a way of rising up and biting you by surprise losing you money. :)

If you have done this then skip trace them but before you pay for that service try using whitepages.com it's free and if it happens to be an older ages owner the chances of th having a landline vs. a cell are pretty high.

Once you choose a number you can customize your settings.I forward my google voice number to my cell and email me a transcript if someone leaves a voice mail.

It looks like you would not have an expense so keeping their app fee probably not a good idea.

Since the site launched its various smartphone apps, things have gotten much easier.
