She had a couple of estimates, then had one from my contractor who was unbiased, not doing work, just an estimate because hers were from $10k to level it and try to sell the lot, good luck!

Generally if the seller lives in the property you would lie and tell him/her you need to bring your "contractors" or "partners" (potential buyers) by for estimates
