If someone new called me as a GC out of blue I’d probably write them off too, but if you said hey I have a property that needs work and I was referred to you by “so and so” and I’m looking to complete by ______ that would be a start.

I decided to move to Blue Vine.

One of the local business chambers said that our county is the second hottest job market in the country and unemployment stayed below 6% since the pandemic starting.With Amazon, Blue Origin, SpaceEx and Tesla coming here, there has been a boost in jobs and people moving in to support the new offices, etc.I can't seem to convince our money backers to invest long term because we are still finding flips and it's an easy way to get in and out.

I've been working in real estate for 4 years, first as a hard money lender and then as an commercial agency lender (Fannie/Freddie) in Los Angeles. 

Do I switch accounts to a local bank, an online bank like Blue Vine, or stick with what I have? 

I am based in Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley), and looking to start investing this year, aiming for cashflow.
