I'm an overseas investor that would want to invest some of my own cash, buying houses in bad to very bad condition, renovating them to good to very good standard and then renting.But would like my dollar to go a little further and be able to get some lender willing to refinance those refurbished properties in order to release equity to purchase some more properties.Hope to hear from you soonThanks

The US BK facilities are there to protect all as an orderly restructuring can be better than a fire-sale when demand is not there for what is being sold.There really are two sides to the conversation.Some of Wall Street is against this as some trades are really bets using an index that loans will default.

In almost all cases I have been able to sell the property or refinance the hard money loans in less than 6 months, and have only had a couple that went to 9 months, and none past that.
