Is there an actual neighborhood watch group?

I've always wanted to do RE flipping since i was like 12 and i watched good ol armando montelongo on t.v , and well here i am today seeking a start. 

I would let the subs know it's there as a "security system" , not a "baby watch cam".

Special attention needs to be paid to the vintage ( year built ) of the property because older properties tend to have multiple things you have to watch out for ( lead based paint, knob and tube wiring, unpermitted additions and updates, asbestos, galvanized plumbing, etc.).

Just watched a show with Troy Titus who I met with years ago, glad he did not get any of my money.

I have a14 page leaE and watch expense very closely.

He also pays neighbors to watch the house .

I'm not a flipper but I do a good deal of market watching in Northern Utah.

I've watched people try to raise much smaller mounts (1-2 million) and it is a very difficult task.Have you ever done such a project? 

@David Harris I've been renting in Brookland for over 3 years and watched the area change.
