No way do I allow any events - primarily because of stress on a septic system, liability, permits required in my county, neighbor/noise impact.

They’re fast and efficient, and I know without a doubt that I wouldn’t have to stress or worry a bit that everything is getting done correctly and quickly.However, I’m also fairly confident that he charges more compared to the typical “investor-friendly” contractor, as they do a lot of primary residences (typically for high-end homes) and commercial work, and I’d wonder if this would affect the rehab estimate too much (maybe not though?).

I was able to make the seller comfortable with what they would get after the sale, as far as money, and the lessening of stress in their day to day life.

Thankfully we did still sell for top dollar, help her buy something free and clear and have cash left over… but she was actually in the hospital over her stress.
