I’ve been in the analysis-paralysis stage for 3 yrs and have finally started taking some steps forward outside of “research” 🤦🏽‍♂️ My brother-in-law’s uncle passed away and left 9 properties to my BIL’s mom.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Theyre at a stage in life where letting you worry about the home would probably make their lives alot easier. its def a conversation that you could have.

They are not anywhere near alarming stages.

Take it down, stage it and drop the price to $515,000.

Once you to the analysis paralysis stage, that is, where you are not really gaining focus, you are just changing focus, then you’ll want to move into to focusing and finding a deal. 

As you can see I am at the beginning stages, but I'm fascinated with all of it! 

We often do showings when the prior tenant still lives there,  I think of it as free staging.
