and you must live there.if you decide to have your mail forwarded there and have someone rent it from you, like a relative or whatever - you are violating the rules [NOT RECOMMENDED].purchasing investment homes to live in, fix up and sell is definitely a viable option - it takes discipline and focus - many people who make these kinds of investments can get side-tracked, do too much to the property, get married, have kids...life happens and before you know it, it's not a true "investment" property anymore...it's your home.

Hopefully all of those superior liens don't amount to more than the property is worth, and hopefully you have the capability to pay them off or get quick financing to pay them off, because they will most likely call their notes due.I would recommend that you always research the title BEFORE you actually buy anything, whether it be at foreclosure or not.
