The rights of tenants in California is far stronger than the rights of owners, and there's no limit to the unscrupulous attorneys that will sue over things they know they will lose in the end, hoping you'll tire of the money going out and stop.

Yes, a lot of those are people just kicking tires but that doesnt bother me.

The range is different for a newly refreshed unit in prime time vs. a tired one in january or whatever off season, etc.

So tired of giving away 1 months rent to a realtor for finding tenants.

I have 0 interest wasting my time with tire-kickers, and there is no shortage of "wanna-b's" out there who don't have a snowballs chance in hades yet they will want to play out a deal to then attempt some stupid-ploy like subject-too.
