This is why many people hate wholesalers since many times the seller doesn't know until closing that they are actually selling their property so some other person, not the wholesaler that they initially negotiated the deal.the hate from sellers comes from the lie told by the wholesaler up front.. if they did not lie to the seller there would be no hate. and i suspect a lot of wholesalers are transparent with sellers.. but as we know many are not.. and use these fibs liberally to make their deals look like they are the actual purchaser..
