I have a degree in economics and have dealt with many different types of investment transactions, though not always related to real estate.In the US I gathered knowledge and experience dealing with investment structures, estate planning,  asset protection and business consulting for foreigners.I enjoy playing tennis, exchanging ideas, learning and making money.My primary goal is to expand my network of partners and do more deals.

I am from Rockville, MD and just recently graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Construction Management Degree.

I won't start my GI bill for another 14 months (using it to pursue a higher degree than BA), which is when I'll be entering a 4 year university.

I am finding that my clients love when I show up in flip flops to a showing on an 85 degree day.  

For example, Air Conditioning Units, if it’s over a certain degree, 83 degrees you only have a certain amount of days to fix that with a tenant.

I don't have that designation but I have a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Texas A&MThanks Matthew but I am specifically targeting the senior market, so someone with experience in that area is key.

That engineering degree is going to set you back in your real estate investing.

You should be able to tap into your equity to some degree as mentioned above since the collateral is real property opposed to blueprints and lumber.
