In most feasible cases this is likely to be based on net worth because anyone with an income in excess of their net worth is likely to be a spendthrift without the money to invest anyway.

That's the only feasible way I see myself being able to have decent cash flow. 

Now I know this is a feasible project but what I am primarily searching for is feedback on is how to finance this construction project.

Price points in your area are really going to determine what is going to be feasible.

They are typically used in instances where fitting a trap underneath the toilet is either not feasible or cost effective.
