@Jacob Goldstein I am in the process to bring a SBA 7a lender in the house for my ALH market (Assisted Living Homes), i am learning as well, but I have niche market and I will stick to only one product, it really depends on what kind of loan you need, they are all different based on the purpose.

@Eli Altman stick to your screening standards, if your normal standards say you wouldn't rent to someone with past evections (or evictions within X number of years) then pass on it.

I tell out of area investors to stick to the outer zip codes such as the 322 zip codes that border 320 zip codes by 1 or 2.,  Avoid 32206, 08 ,09, 19 and 54 in the center of Jax and you will have less a problem decifering crime areas.
