I am very active on many social media platforms (IG/YT) but not sure the rules on tagging those here.

However, it doesn't hurt to ask local professionals if there is anything you can help them with.If you're social media savvy or have photography/videography experience, there could be a way for you to help local professionals (i.e. realtors, loan officers) build their brands while you simultaneously pick their brain. 

Once I made some edits (descriptions, rent, terms, newer pictures) I activated it and I can see it says"Zillow: PendingTrulia: PostedHotpads: PostedAfter a few minutes, the status next to Zillow changed:Zillow: DeclinedTrulia: PostedHotpads: PostedBut the listing is actually active. 

TV and social media often make it look like it is. 

Fellow landlords, I have a few questions regarding FHA protected classes.(1) Familial Status:  My understanding is that this class applies to marital status, families with children under 18, families with someone expecting or adopting etc...What about roommates? 

I'm looking to add social media to my marketing campaign.

I work full time and my wife is stay at home mom and the goal is real estate professional status for her to offset some of my income.

On my local social media I see investors offering referral fees for leads on properties.

Social media age, most are going on the websites that offer real time bidding. 

My question is this: If he in fact took care of this would the status change from FAILED to CLOSED?
