They are transitioning into the apartment.com world, so you would probably have to start there but the platform worked very well until I had about 30 units.

From my perspective, you are poised to take a client who is maybe not thrilled with the income (see above) and transition them into a LTR landlord, one is convinced that is a better way to get “guaranteed, consistent” income.

My goal is to transition out of a 9-5 to be an independent investor and owner.

What did you do to make a successful transition to Investor?

I was able to make that transition to the B quadrant and actually left operations of the company that is about to IPO 2 years ago.

Anyone thinking along the same lines or have recently transitioned to this investment option?

It was such a smooth win/win situation.

I loved Cozy.co but unfortunately they transitions to Apartments.com and it has a been a nightmare dealing with them.
